Day 1: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Wulingyuan Scenic Area

Stop At: Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
This tour only suitable/available for the tourists who booked a hotel close to Wulingyuan Entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (It also names Biaozhimen Entrance or Wujiayu Entrance, located in east side of the park. Example hotel: Crowne Plaza Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan. There are a lot of hotels in this area.) For find the hotels that located in this area easily, I list some of them. Wulingyuan Scenic Area is a huge area. Today you will visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the best part of Wulingyuan Scenic Area.

It's one of the UNESCO world heritage site. See the mountain landscape, the beauty of nature and enjoy hiking time here.

Stop At: BaiLong Elevator, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
It's the highest outdoor elevator in the world with glass window. A quick and easy way to get to the mountain top.
Duration: 5 minutes

Stop At: Yuanjiajie
Sightseeing in Avatar Mountain, Hallelujah Mountain, Avatar Pillar.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Yangjiajie Scenic Area
One of the main part of this park. It's a hidden gen.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Tianzi Mountain, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
It's the best part of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It's also the highest peak among the mountains in Wulingyuan. Highest spot is over 4,000 feet (1.26 kilometers). Sometimes the clouds is low, and you will stand above the clouds, then you could see the Tianzi Mountain Clouds. You will also see Xihai Stone Forest. (Good weather is very important for the beautiful views. You couldn't see much of the stunning views on strong misty and foggy days.)

Pass By: Tianzi Mountain Clouds, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
If the weather is good. Some times there are clouds, and you could see the beautiful clouds there.

Stop At: Xihai Stone Forest, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
West Sea Stone Forest is one of the most stunning view you could get at Yunqing Rock sightseeing platform on the top of Tianzi Mountain. Need good weather as well.
Duration: 20 minutes

Day 2: Golden Whip Stream and Huangshi Village (including a round way cable car ride)

Stop At: Ten Miles Gallery, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
Ten-mile Natural Gallery is located in the northwestern part of Suoxigu Natural Reserve, at the foot of Tianzi Mountain. It is about 5.8 kilometers in length. With a stream flowing through, and the peaks on both sides of the valley shape, it forms natural sculptures. The Herb Collecting Old Man and Immortals Worshipping Guanyin are the most spectacular.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Golden Whip Brook, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
Walking (hiking) along the stream. Enjoying the forest walking. You will get a big chance to see wild monkeys in this area.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Huangshi Village, Zhangjiajie, Hunan
Huangshi Village mountain lies to the west of Zhangjiajie Forest Park with an altitude of 1,200 meters and covers an area of 16.67 hectares. You will take a cable car up to the top of Mt Huangshi. There are many sightseeing view spots that you can get stunning views of the park on the mountain top. For example, Six Strange Pagoda, Picking Star Platform, Five Finger Peak, Lover peaks and so on. At the end take a cable car down.
