First, the front desk at the show said we had no booking and insisted that we talk to our tour operator we had none, having booked directly through Viator. She then managed to get Viator's local booking agent on the phone and shed tried to explain that we had booked the show but not the dinner...when I pointed out that the printout precisely said that dinner was included, she finally relented and after much conversation between them, they set us up. Once we were set up inside, the dinner went fine enough - they took special care of our vegetarian needs...we actually liked much of what was served. The show was so-so...I think presenting a few thousand years of culture in 90 minutes is tough, but even so, could have included something beyond multiple song and dance sequences...all of which were good enough, but got kind of repetitive. Final tip: we wanted some water during the dinner, they charged us for a bottle, but sure enough as soon as the show started we were each given a free bottle...
Dissapointed. I booked a show, but your local agent took me to different show.
