At approximately 11am, your tour guide will meet you at your hotel lobby in downtown Xi’an and then transfer you to the Muslim Quarter. The Muslim Quarter is full of shops and restaurants which makes it an excellent place to shop for souvenirs for your family and friends. Your guide will explain the rich history of Xi'an's Muslim Quarter and offer you many suggestions for local food tasting, such as Rou Jia Mo, Cold Noodles, Plum Juice, Pomegranate Juice, Yangrou Paomo (crumbled unleavened bread in mutton stew), and so on. In addition, there are many shops selling all kinds of handicrafts and souvenirs. You will be able to pick a nice present for loved ones. Next, head to Jia San Restaurant to pleasure your palate with Guantang Baozi, a steamed bun bursting with flavorful gravy. At the end of the tour, you will be accompanied to your hotel.
