Après une prise en charge à l'hôtel du centre Sydney, votre petit groupe sera transporté à bord d'un autocar confortable à Palm Beach, le lieu de tournage de la populaire émission télévisée australienne Home and Away. Connue sous le nom de Summer Bay dans la série télé, le véritable lieu est Palm Beach, une superbe banlieue balnéaire décontractée située au nord de Sydney.
Suivez votre guide professionnel vers de célèbres lieux de tournage de Home and Away, tels que le Summer Bay Surf Club, The Pier, Alf's Bait Shop, le phare et la magnifique plage. Votre guide partagera avec vous des informations d'initiés, des potins et astuces du métier sur la série !
Si vous avez de la chance, vous serez peut-être là un jour de tournage et vous pourrez assister à l'équipe en pleine action. Les acteurs posent parfois pour la photo et donnent des autographes ; vous obtiendrez peut-être une photo avec Brax ! Populaire depuis ses débuts en 1987, Home and Away compte parmi ses anciens acteurs célèbres Heath Ledger et Naomi Watts.
Vous aurez du temps libre pour vous promener et admirer les vues sur « Summer Bay » avant de partir vers le sud jusqu'à Manly via un itinéraire côtier qui offre des vues à couper le souffle sur Whale Beach, Avalon Beach et le belvédère Bilgola. En chemin, vous verrez peut-être des baleines en migration (en saison). Vous verrez également des maisons valant plusieurs millions de dollars en arrivant à Manly, une banlieue de Sydney qui est devenue célèbre pour sa beauté naturelle, son atmosphère détendue et son mode de vie à la plage.
L'excursion se terminera à Manly, ce qui vous donne la possibilité de rester et d'explorer cette banlieue balnéaire dynamique à votre guise. Vous aurez tout le loisir de vous promener le long de la côte, de louer un vélo ou un kayak, ou de découvrir certains restaurants et bars le long de la plage. Vous pouvez facilement prendre le ferry pour Sydney (à vos frais) vers Circular Quay pour retourner à Sydney.

This tour was fantastic. Tour guides were very informative and made you feel welcome. We were lucky there was filming that day and got to meet and chat to Irene, Leah, Dean and young Bella. Got photos with them too. Also saw Colby but he didn’t stop. Highly recommended for fans of Home and Away.

It was great seeing the actual Palm beach otherwise known as Summer bay. The pier is a coffe and bar and nothing like the actual coffee shop. The only negative thing was it was just after Easter and so didnt see any filming.

A very informative tour with excellent staff. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the programme and kept everyone together. It was nice to be dropped off at Manly beach.

This trip was so much better than expected as we met some of the cast of Home and Away! Pick up in Sydney was straightforward and the weather was perfect for the trip to Palm Beach seeing other stunning beaches on the way. We were told that a film crew would be joining us as they were filming for a special 30th anniversary programme to be shown mid March. It was great fun for us all on the minibus to Sing the Home and Away theme song! Near the beach, Justin and Robbo hopped on board for a quick chat. It was great seeing the bait shop and filming taking place. We were lucky to meet Ray Meagher aka Alf Stewart who was so friendly and took the time to chat to us all and have photos taken with us. Some of the production crew were also on board to give us background information about the programme too. All in all it was a perfect trip and the drop off in Manley with ferry back to Sydney ended a perfect afternoon and early evening.

Tour was ok. Tour guides were very knowledgeable but I wouldn't insist anyone do they tour unless they are a BIG home and away fan.

The icing on the cake for me was they were actually filming and I had my photo taken with Robbo. The disappointment for me was that we didn't get off the coach to take photos of the hoses, may be that could be included next time.

The tour was not what i expected, id suggest getting a bus down and doing what you want to do. Will save you alot of money and will have a better time
