Your private guide will meet you in the centrally located hotel around 9:00 and start this tour. The first stop is local home visit in the Former French Concession where it kept nice villas and decent stone-arched gate houses. Your guide will help you to communicate with the locals and you can learn more about people's life.

Afterwards,you can experience 2-hour cultural lessons of paper cutting and calligraphy . You’ll participate in a paper cutting class under the guidance of a professional handicraftsman. Cut patterns on colorful paper by using scissors and create picturesque souvenirs to take away with you. You can also learn to write auspicious character by your calligraphy teacher , you will find Chinese is so such an interesting language.

End the tour with a relaxing tea ceremony in the Jingan Park. Your tour guide will offer sightseeing suggestions for you to continue your exploration on your own or transfer back to your hotel.
