This was our guide's first tour -- and he was a last minute replacement. Despite these challenging circumstances, his enthusiasm and knowledge gave us a taste of the real San Jose in a few short hours.
A nice tour of San Jose. It was nice to have a small group tour of the city and the museums. We had plenty of time to see all of the museums. I was a little concerned initially that we might be rushed through huge museums Fortunately, the museums are not huge and could easily be seen in an afternoon. The guide provided local insight and was able to answer questions. Her English was excellent. We also got a nice lunch that was what a Tico might eat at an off the beaten path coffee house. All in all, a nice tour and a nice half day.
