Deep in the Southern Alps discover the blue ice, learn of the glacial recession, and the monitoring of this permanently frozen world.

Fly from our hanger at Queenstown Airport to one of our local glaciers, enjoy views over Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown and the surrounding areas. Your helicopter will shut down after landing on a glacier, so you can enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature.

Either self-drive to our departure lounge at the Queenstown airport where we have ample complimentary parking and aim to be here 15 minutes prior to lift off. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up from your Queenstown accommodation 30 minutes prior to lift off.

Having never been on a helicopter, we did not know what to expect. We were blown away by the amazing beauty, majestic mountains and how close we could get to see so much of the landscape. The glacier landing was magnificent! We had the opportunity to walk around on the glacier and take some phenomenal photos! This is an experience you will remember for a lifetime...a must do!!
