The worst tour experience we have ever had. Unsafe, overbooked, misrepresented, disorganized, no air conditioning. Fireworks cruise on a boat with a top, lack of space, too many people, and no view of the fireworks. Stay away from this tour. Complete armature hour.
Is there a rating less for less than 1 a negative 10 maybe? While this might be an okay trip for a tour of the Harbor it should not be used for a viewing of the fireworks. Totally disorganized from beggining to end. Boat was late. Many people did not know where to check in. A timetable for when food service started and ended would have been nice.Too many passengers were booked and not enough room on the decks to view the fireworks for all. The captain got too close to the barrages and was told to get back he got the boat turned sideways and could not see to turn the boat completely around. Guess What? Most of the passengers saw only half of the display. Advertised as limitless beverages I drink diet colas they did not have any. Nobody uses diet sodas for mixed drinks. The crew was hoping for this. Complaints to the crew were met with..This is what we have and no apologies. I probably won't book with VIATOR ever again
It is shame you even patronizing such events! I always book my tours with you and trust your quality and reputability , but this one is disastrous one. You should never offer such service to your customers! That boat is dirty and filthy party boat, so junky its not even funny. Im not sure how it floats. Bathrooms are dirty, public bathroom in a parks are better. Water literally, dripping from a faucets, you cant even wash your hands properly, some of them broken and they are so filthy, Im afraid to touch it. Boat is totally packed, there is no way to move around, let alone to observe fireworks. People are standing and fighting for chairs, because there is no assigned seats or not enough chairs period! No air conditioning, dirty, sticky floors, boat is so old, it should be in a junk yard. Very disappointed, horrible experience. Please, dont sell it to your customers, its insulting.
