His tour was very well organized and a great option for your first day in Miami. The guides and drivers were very friendly and the places visited were awesome. Our Everglades tour was canceled due to weather, so if you can book directly with Miami Tours to make getting a refund easier.
I have done business with Viator in Europe and in US and they are always the best very professional and on schedule I highly recommend them. We has issues with the weather at the everglades yet we still was able to complete all of the tours promised and city tour was very lively
Wonderful Tour. Had a great time. Do carry sunscreen. it would be good if you carry your food with you.
We were very excited to go on an all day Miami combo tour on June 8.The problems started even a day prior. In the advertising, we were promised a hotel pick up. Email stated that there was no hotel pick up, so I had to be on the phone for over an hour to arrange the pick up. We got to the meeting point for Miami tours to get stickers, and I was told that the order of our tours switched with no explanation. Once we were done with the Everglades tour, originally we were supposed to go out for a nice lunch in Havana area, but we ended up going to a fast food restaurant with very little time. For the sightseeing tour we got seats on the upper level of the double decker bus and since many people were from Mexico, the tour started in Spanish. A lot of people came from different countries in Europe or just from USA who did not understand Spanish. This wasn’t right because people paid for an English speaking tour, but never got one. The driver drove through many streets with low tree branches, so everyone ended up ducking down instead of actually looking up at the beautiful city. Once we got on the highway, we saw a huge gray cloud and it began to rain. Many people went to the bottom level but not everyone could fit. Only a few minutes later, it started pouring heavy. At the speed we were going at, it had felt like chunks of hail and we couldn’t even go downstairs because we were too preoccupied ducking under branches. The advertising said that they would continue through any weather, but they should have at least made sure that their customers felt comfortable and safe. There were many families who were split up and the tour guide continued with the tour instead of helping everyone fit on the bottom level. Everyone on the top level was completely soaked by the time we got to our first stop. Sometime in the middle of the tour, the tour guide told everyone that it was a mandatory coffee stop, so everyone on the upper level began to move down the stairs, yet no one was going out of the bus. Everyone ended up standing and the bus abruptly began to move. It was too slippery for anyone to walk back to their seats so many people ended up standing on the stairs for over half an hour. Because of the driver’s abrupt driving, all of the rain water was cascading down the stairs and onto the people who were standing. The tour guide never helped anyone that wanted to call a taxi and leave. After over an hour of suffering and zero enjoyment, the tour was finally done. $ Back!!
In general I do like this Miami Combo Tour, however I have some complaints that I would share with you: - there was not enough time in Everglades to discover the place by my own, no time for the exhibitions and not even for a walk on trails - it was almost a 2-hours bus drive for a half-an-hour attraction - sightseeing tour - quite interesting, I liked Little Havanna the most, however again, there was very few time to discover the district - boat trip: OK, I enjoyed, but the leader of the attraction was too much - before the boat trip, there was a restaurant and bar offered for a drink and food, however the service was bad and they were quite rude and I had my worst drink there ever! - considering the whole day there were too much time for waiting and happening nothing
super organization; pick up at hotel just in time; the best way to have an overview of Miami and Miami Beach; visit and tour in the Everglades was very interesting; also show with alligators. To be recommended;;;;
This tour was divided into 3 parts, a sightseeing tour by bus through Miami, a boats tour showing the homes of many celebrities as well as a trip to Gatorpark with a hoverboat tour through the Everglades. I recommend it!
The trip was good and for the money, it was amazing, since you are doing 3 things in one day. The first option was the Everglades ride from Miami and it was OK I wound't say the best, but it was ok, make sure you have ear plugs for this ride, they did not have any for us on the boat. Then we did the bus tour and it was amazing......The tour guide named Pablo was the best I have ever seen as a guide and he knew everything about the rich history and also he was very very funny. We had an amazing time at the bus tour and we sat on the top portion of the bus, so the 360 degree view was the best. Then was the Biscayne bay boat tour and it was good too. Highly recommend this combo tour. 5 start only because of Pablo, we had a blast on the bus ride :
Loved this highly recommended
Fair deal for the price. Best of the lot was the city sightseeing tour. Enjoyed sitting up top of open air bus and hearing about the local neighborhoods. Next, the Bay cruise was also enjoyable. They showed us homes of the rich and famous folks from the bay side. I think the tour guide was overacting and trying too hard to be funny- it would have been better if he just shared information about the bay and the residents.Lastly, The Everglades airboat ride, this was least enjoyable. It took us an hour or so, by bus, to get to the Everglades. The boat ride was slow and lasted 20 min or so with frequent drifting. Only saw couple of small alligators in the water and three bird specie. Lunch was awful and service slow.
They were 1 hr late with pick up.. some parts are rushed but overall a fun time. Communication is not the best. Would do again.
We decided on this full day excursion because we were taking a cruise the following day. The day was enjoyable with the air-boat ride and alligator show at the Everglades National Park, tour of Little Havana and Biscayne Bay cruise. However, the tour operator should have more instructions for the customers; there some some confusion because not everyone had the same itinerary. Otherwise a 5 star rating
We enjoyed our visit to the Everglades, but would skip the bus tour next time. Didn’t really see that much and it was an extremely hot day. I would’ve loved the boat tour if it weren’t so overbooked that some passengers had to stand which prevented us from seeing the houses. So much for getting in line early to score a good seat!
This tour started out a hot mess! We were originally text that pickup was in Holiday Inn Biscayne Market, then a 2nd text came at 10pm the night before the tour that directed us to meet at another location which was downtown Miami we were staying at EAST Hotel I tried calling several times that morning to find out why the change was made and no one answered the phone, so we went to new the location, and the cab ride cost us 30! When we got to the pick up location the employee said, she was too busy with other customers to answer the phone. Its hard to recover and be positive when the tour day starts out with this type of customer service. However I will say the Everglades Airboat ride and the Biscayne Bay Cruise were enjoyable.
