I was unsure about doing a tour like this, but I was so happy I did! Sheila was amazing and I learned so much. Met lovely people and really had a great day!

I base what tours I sign up for on the reviews. First of all: This is NOT early access. We stood in line with everyone else. We had 18 minutes with the special warden in the tower. There was only time to see the crown jewels and nothing else. Then a very rushed tour of Westminster Abbey. Worst of all was then tea time there. We were treated like a herd of cattle. Each tea tray was to be shared with 2 people, so if you had an odd number in your party then get to know your neighbor. After being given your tray if you needed anything else you would have to get up and find a server. One couple was the last to be seated and there was not two seats together. The staff was not interested in helping and fellow tourists tried to rearrange seating to accommodate the poor things. I hope to help someone who is considering this tour. JUST DON'T.. You are much better off going by yourself to see The Tower and The Abbey. Then go to tea somewhere nice. This was a disapointing disaster and waste of time.

Our trip guide, Deborah, made a huge difference with this busy trip. There is a lot of walking, and our guide was knowledgeable about the sites we were seeing, previewed the day's trip prior to arriving to each site, gave us radio devices to be able to hear her clearly while walking inside and outside. The trip allowed for adequate time to see each site and the tour ends with an afternoon tea. Worth every penny!

Anthony is amazing! Private tours of both White Tower and Westminster Abbey, There was the usual wait to see the Crown Jewels, but otherwise everything was very timely and efficient. It was a very full day, but did not feel rushed at all. Lunch at Borough Market was fun and just the right amount of time. Tea at Westminster Abbey was a nice selection of finger sandwiches and pastries and a great way to end the day. This tour was not cheap for a party of 5, but felt very personal and kept 4 teens entertained, so definitely worth it!!

We were only passing through London so had to make the most of our time. We found this tour, and it seemed to cover several highlights. Although we did not know much about London's locations, we found the meeting point near Victoria Station was easy to find. The guide was excellent and we surely enjoyed the Tower tour before the crowds arrived. The side trip to the Borough's Market was a real treat and allowed us a unique lunch on our own. Westminster tour was good; only drawback was that the tea, although traditional, was in a cafeteria-like atmosphere. This, however, had been specified in other reviews before booking. Would highly recommend.

London has so much to see and do that it can be overwhelming to decide what to do or where to start. I found this tour to be a great place to start, Our tour guide was Anthony Matthews which I have to say, I really enjoyed his stories and knowledge of the history of London and of England. He is very passionate of his country and appreciates the relationships between nations. I enjoyed his sense of humor and could have spent hours hearing more of his stories and insights. I enjoyed learning about and visiting the Tower of London as well as Westminster Abbey. We also spent some time at a market which was awesome. I read how some reviews that some were disappointed with the Tea Service but have to say, I was not. The tea and treats were delicious and presented beautifully.

We booked two events through Viator - London Airport Private Arrival Transfer and Early-Access Tower of London Tour with Afternoon Tea in Westminster Abbey. Our driver royally screwed up and we ended up 90 minutes late for our tour. Once Evans Evans realized what was going on, the tour director left the group at the Tower of London they were on free time, went wherever he needed to, got additional admission tickets for Tower of London, found us and enabled us to enjoy this part of the tour. He was a champ! The tour guide was knowledgeable, interesting, entertaining and perhaps most important - caring.
