This was the first thing we did after arriving late the night before in Peru, and it was such a treat. There are Choco Museo's throughout the country, and it's such a great place to buy gifts. Everyone we brought something back for loves it just a little but more because they know that we actually got to learn about the process and make some chocolates of our own! Between my husband and I, we had 12 truffles, which we got to customize, and 12 liquor-infused bon bons. They were all delicious! The woman that led the workshop was so nice, engaging, and full of information! This is one of the highlights of our honeymoon.
