3nights Lion Sands River Lodge - Lion Sands Game Reserve from Johannesburg

Lion Sands River Lodge is the soul of Lion Sands and has been built on the banks of the Sabie River, positioned on a site with trees dating back 800 years. Facing due east, the lodge catches the sun as it rises over the Kruger National Park. Hosted by a family of staff that make it feel like home away from home, the lodge is about spirit, warmth and nature. Here you are invited to relax and experience African hospitality at its finest.

River Lodge Rates includes Luxurious accommodation in a Luxury Room / Suite and; Three meals per day; Teas/Coffees; Mini bar in room; Inclusive drinks & selected snacks (all soft drinks and selection of local beers, spirits & house wines); Two game drives daily with FGASA qualified ranger & tracker; Game drive refreshments & snacks; Specified inclusive safari activities and return transport from hotel/airport

You'll be pickup from your area of residence in the morning or airport. Transport will be from the fully air-conditioned vehicle. 

Itinerary:

Day 1: Upon arrival at the airport you'll be met by Bono Tours and Safaris' representative or the representative will come and collect you from your place of residence then proceed to Lions Sands River Lodge.The journey will take up to 8hours to the lodge with a lunch stop. Upon arrival, Lion Sands River Lodge staff will welcome you and assist you with your check in and explain to you on how the lodge operates and introduced to you your field guide who will be taking you on your safari for the duration of your stay. After check in they will escort to your room to freshen up before leaving for the afternoon game drive to enjoy the BIG FIVE and what nature had to offer on that afternoon. Refreshments will be served during the course of the safari. Came back to the lodge early evening and dinner will be served.

Day 2. Early wakeup call then meet your guide at reception for tea and coffee before leaving for a morning game drive. Enjoy your morning looking for the African wildlife then came back to the lodge for breakfast. The rest of the day will be spent at the lodge relaxing by the pool or in your room or you can visit the SPA (own account). Then you leave again for the afternoon game drive.

Day 3. Early wakeup call then meet your guide at reception for tea and coffee before leaving for a morning game drive. Enjoy your morning looking for the African wildlife then came back to the lodge for breakfast. The rest of the day will be spent at the lodge relaxing. Then you leave again for the afternoon game drive.

Day 4. Early wakeup call then meet your guide at reception for tea and coffee before leaving for a morning game drive. Came back to the lodge after the game drive then have breakfast and check out. Then Bono Tours and Safaris representative will take you back to the airport or place of residence with fun filled memories.
