08:00 Pick you up at the hotel in HCMC. Transfer to My Tho, driving past paddy fields and tributaries.

9:30 Visit the Vinh Trang pagoda which is one of the most popular and colorful pagodas in the Mekong delta.

10:30 Take a wonderful boat ride on the Mighty Mekong River to visit Thoi Son island, visit a fruit garden to taste local tropical fruits and listen to traditional music.

11:00 Continue with a relaxing sampan row through small palm shaded canals that you may not find in many places in the Mekong Delta any more.

11:30 Get back on the big boat and cruise across the Mighty river.

12:00 Have lunch with local specialties of elephant ear fish and big headed shrimp at a garden (not included)

13:30 After lunch, continue on the boat ride through small Tan Thach canal into Ben Tre province, the land of coconut trees. This boat ride really brings you great feelings of real tropics. Visit Hong Van garden where you will learn how they make typical coconut candies. Taste this nice sweet and drink a great mixture of green tea – honey – lime. There is also a chance to buy local products for home.

15:30 Get back to the car. Transfer back to HCMC

17:00 Drop off at hotel in HCMC
