Hanoi home cooking class will give you the chance to experience Vietnamese normal life. You will learn some simple Vietnamese phrase; go shopping in a local market and try cooking Vietnamese food by yourself. After that, you enjoy your meal made by yourself at an ideal place.

04.00 PM: Go to local market.

05.00 PM: Cook at local home with locals.

06.30PM: Enjoy the dinner you cooked.

When you’re ready, we start walking to the local market nearby. Here you can buy materials for our class by yourself. There are so many things in market and all of them are fresh. By shopping here, you are trying the normal life of Vietnamese and learn more about Vietnam culinary. You will have exciting time communicating with friendly local people by both verbal and nonverbal way. Don’t forget to take some photos with them.

After shopping, we come back our home to prepare and cook under the instruction of our tour guide. Learning how to marinate and to spice will be the most crucial lesson. It’s interesting decorating dishes by yourself.

Completing cooking, we enjoy the meal at the idea dining place
