This was a wonderful tour by Segway! There were only two of us (and they didn't cancel because of the small number), so the tour guide Gabriel allowed us to customize the trip to see what interested us most. Gabriel's English was very easy to understand (didn't have to listen closely to interpret), and he told us things about Florence that we hadn't heard on other guided tours. HIGHLY recommend this tour!!!!
