In the private and nurturing environment of an ancient building in downtown Florence, you will learn to cook the best Italian recipes that will work every time.
The chef is certified by the Tuscany region to teach and serve gluten-free dishes in total safety.
Your chef loves to use natural ingredients so you will avoid the industrial mixes and cook only with natural gluten-free products. Learn how to identify the natural ingredients on the market and to be fully aware of the natural properties of each product. Select the ingredients, learn the characteristics and be ready to prepare the mixes for your dishes yourself.
Learn how easy it is to prepare flavorful dishes with rice, quinoa, lupin, buckwheat, and millet. Discover how to use natural gluten-free flours. Fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients are all that you need, local farms will supply you with the best vegetables and meat to make your cooking class great.
At the end of the lesson, enjoy a wine tasting along with a lunch or dinner (depending if morning or afternoon tour selected). Any course also includes extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings.

- Children under 10 years may not be allowed in the kitchen or at the dinner table or the reservation may be canceled even at the last. The children in each case charged as adults. Guests who present with undeclared children in the booking will not be admitted to the tour but will pay in any case.

Chef Vary was not only amazing in the kitchen but a complete delight to be taught. My husband hates gluten free but the way Chef Vary taught us, he loves the items. We made pasta, ravioli and bread. Just beautiful! I would strongly recommend this class for everyone!!!!
We really enjoyed our cooking class with Chef Vary. We made 3 types of gluten free pasta with 3 different sauces! Everything came out delicious and we had fun!
Excellent cooking class in the heart of Florence. The teacher was well-versed in the best options for using gluten-free ingredients for the recipes. Our lasagna was to die for!!! We also met a delightful couple from Chile during the class.
The cooking class was fabulous. Chef Vary and her husband were very welcoming. We actually did all the preparations with guidance and some help from Chef Vary. She used local seasonal ingredients. We made a delicious meal. She also offers private dinners so we ate with two other couples. It was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend it.
