Seawings Signature Tour of Dubai with Take Off from Dubai Creek
Dubai is the city of dreams in the Middle East, a testament to mankind's unlimited engineering ability. With exceptional feats of architecture and ingenious city planning, Dubai is a metropolitan haven in one of the many oases in the UAE.
The Seawings Seaplane Tour is a 45-minute joyride through the skies above Dubai. On this tour, you will see stunning views of the Burj Khalifa (that stands tall at a staggering 2,717 feet), the delicately-shaped Burj Al-Arab Hotel and the Palm Jumeirah. The tour will also pass over The World Islands, a confluence of 300 islands that make up an intricate archipelago on the Persian Gulf. This man-made structure has been designed to resemble a map of the world, which is a breathtaking sight from 1,500 feet.
The seaplane will fly at lower levels above Dubai Creek and Port Rashid. You will also pass over the Dubai Marina, where you can admire the gorgeous fleet of luxury yachts, lush green golf courses and golden beaches.
The Seawings Seaplane Tour will give you a bird's eye view of Dubai in under an hour and will leave you feeling impressed with the sheer ingenuity of human innovation as seen from 1,500 feet.
Your ExperienceYour tour will begin at the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, that overlooks the Dubai Creek and Marina, where you will board the seaplane. This is home to the Seawings seaplane operations and also hosts an 18-hole par 71 championship golf course and the distinctive sail-shaped clubhouse.
The seaplane will take off in the waters by the club. The plane's large private windows ensure that you will get the clearest, most intimate views of Dubai.
You will first pass over Jumana Island, an island off the Dubai coast that was constructed from land reclamation over the sea, followed by Jumeirah. The seaplane will then navigate over Burj Al Arab, a luxury hotel whose sail shape is also instantly recognizable. It is the third tallest hotel in the world and makes for an impressive sight from your bird's eye view up in the air.
Following the Burj Al Arab, you will then fly over Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island. The 210-metre observation wheel, that is still under construction, will be another engineering feat in Dubai that is set to break world records, after the Burj Khalifa.
Next up is the Palm Islands archipelago that you will immediately recognize from the intricate palm-shaped design in the sea. Palm Jebel Ali comes first, followed by the Palm Jumeirah. The Palm Jumeirah is known for the luxury hotels it houses, including Atlantis, the Palm and the St Regis Dubai.
Your tour will then take you past The World Islands archipelago, another well-known archipelago, especially famous for having been designed to resemble a map of the world.
The seaplane will then begin to make its way back to Dubai Creek, passing by the magnificent Burj Khalifa, the tallest structure in the world, along the way. You will be able to see the very top from your vantage point and will get an idea of its impressive height from here.
The tour at an end, you will return along the coast toward Jumeirah and Dubai and glide back over the waters to Dubai Creek.
