La rive orientale de l'île de Cozumel possède 12 kilomètres de côtes inhabitées, sauvages et naturelles superbes et maintenant, vous aurez la possibilité de faire une paisible promenade avec un guide cultivé et sympathique en utilisant un parfait vélo électrique Pedego. Bien que cette partie de l'île soit entièrement sauvage et en grande partie inhabitée, il y a quelques petits clubs et restaurants sur la plage et en chemin. Ils offrent des boissons fraîches et de la cuisine de qualité, ainsi que des activités comme la plongée avec masque et tuba et le surf le long de leurs plages de sable blanc. Vous découvrirez d’incroyables formations de roche volcanique, des plages de sable blanc immaculées et isolées, puis beaucoup de vie marine côtière. We had a great time on this tour! Carlos was very knowledgeable of the area. The views were fabulous and it was an easy ride with the motorized bicycle. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Beach Bum bikes was within walking distance of the port.
We had a great trip. The e-bikes were easy to use. They allow you to pedal or let the bike do the work. We rode along a beautiful shoreline on a designated bike lane. Fernando talked about the island, the beaches and the protected areas of the island. Our lunch stop was at a restaurant under a giant palapa looking at the water. The meal was good and we were not rushed. I highly recommend his excursion if you want some exercise and to see some beautiful sights away from the crowds.
It was a little hard to find the Bike shop. We had to take a cab from our pier to the shop. People at the shop and Fernando our tour director were very nice. The bikes were fun and the scenery was great. We felt very safe since a truck that had brought us to the road followed in a parallel road in case there were any problems. There were several stops with walks to the shore line and to roadside stores that were interesting. Fernando even tried to teach us a little Spanish. We were glad we took this trip!
Great bike ride with Fernando and Meemoo!
Beautiful scenery and fun bikes. They were several issues with this new tour though: We were 5 adults transported to the tour site in a car that seated 4 adults. When we arrived at the tour site we were not clearly told where we were stopping for the included lunch, so we did not get the lunch but were taken to another beach restaurant where we were told to sit and given a menu, after lunch we were handed the bill for the lunch. When we asked the tour guide why did we have to pay, he said in broken English that the included lunch was at the very start of the tour before we got on the bikes. It was 10:30am! The tour guides need to be very clear regarding where and when the included lunch takes place, also the batteries on the bikes had to be changed several times during the ride. I would have fully charged bikes to start and maybe swap them out once during trip , one for every bike. Then if 5 adults book this trip they need to have a vehicle large enough to transport everyone comfortably. With these changes this can be an awesome tour!!!!
