We booked online 2 days before, everything went well ... our tour guide Sarah was great, very entertaining and informed us perfectly about the buildings and their history..you just notice that she loves her job...great tour !!!

It was worth the money and time. We took the 6:15 pm departure .I really enjoyed seeing the city from both the river and then on the Lake. Blanca, our guide was very helpful and gave her some historical information .

I totally enjoyed the cruise. Not only did we get to see the skyline from the lake, but we got a great commentary on all the different architectural wonders that are the Chicago skyline and also got to experience the locks going back and forth between the lake and the river. A very enjoyable and informative cruise. I like that the boat is smaller than some of their competitors; easier to see everything.

Great guide, wonderful views of Chicago. It was a lot of fun. The boat had everything you need for a couple hours. We took seats up front and got the added treat of lake spray.

A pleasant river and lake cruise spoilt by a change in the weather. from sunny to drizzle. At one point the skyscrapers were hidden from view by the low cloud. The captain gave interesting commentary of the various building and how Chicago grew into a modern city.Drinks available on board if needed

The trip was very enjoyable and the Tour Guide, Ross, made it VERY interesting by his knowledge and sense of humor. This is a must do for any one residing in the Chicago area OR visiting Chicago. It was grrrrreat!!!!

The 90-min. cruise was everything we had hoped it would be. Our small group of 6, from ages 10 to 86, had a perfectly delightful time. Weather wasn't ideal, but did not dampen the adventure. Narrator was great!
