Highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide Peter was extremely knowledgeable--we learned a lot about the history of the country during this tour. We saw all of the highlights including the Grand Palace and Wat Arun. All of the temples are beautiful! This was a great way to spend our time in Bangkok. Highly recommend this tour and the tour guide Peter.
I am so glad I booked this tour. If you only have a short time in BKK this is the one to do. Our guide Toon was so passionate about everything to do with BKK, the history, culture and food. This really was a private tour and she gave us an excellent insight into Thai life and also have us useful.tips on where to visit for the remainder of our trip. There was no way we could have done all.of this in one day on our own. It was a very busy day and worth every penny. Thank you Toon.!
My tour guide, Siri, was great and wonderful. She shows a lot of passion about each site that we went. Siri is also very knowledgeable about each site that we went. She also shows a lot of passion for her work as a tour guide. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and colleges, whenever they visit Bangkok and need to plan a day trip/tour.
If you want to know every last details about every Temple in Bangkok go on this tour. Kris certainly knew his history. Problem was that we were looking for a good intro to the city, all the important bits and hopefully some behind the scenes info as well. A quick visit with some overview info would have been great, but we felt like we were preparing for a history exam! It was a very hot and humid day so patience was thin. Lunch was at the Navy Club. Good food and air con so great. The long boat ride was the best part. You see behind the scenes. We didn’t appreciate one bit the jewellery factory tour at the end. We’d paid to be on the tour. Don’t ever kidnap us and waste an hour of our tour and time like that. Diagraceful! Overall I’d probably look elsewhere.
Best tour ever. Our tour guide was sharp and had a very Big personality. He walk super fast and was very determined to help us avoid the crowds. He took his time to take awesome pictures and gave us enough inside of the history of the places to help us admire the buildings. I have travel a good amount and I highly recommend private tours like this one to see the touristic places and not feel like cattle in a big group. Waking up early has it perks when it comes to travel and avoid big lines in Thailand main attractions.
